RETURNS / REPLACEMENT / REFUND

s4shopy.COM accepts returns / replacement / refunds within 7 days of the delivery of the order Placement. The procedure of the same is as follows:
The customer must be first filled up a form to accept for the return / replacement / refund through our website.

The request will be verified by our customer service representative for the further process. We will confirm to you subsequently by our customer support representative through an e-mail in which a unique code will be mentioned specifically for the same.
The shipment must be returned / replacement by/to the concerned person only by producing the unique code to our logistic representative to exchange the same.
Confirmation on collection or delivery of shipment for return / replacement will be notified to you by our customer support representative through an email.
If in case customer faces on quantity is given lessen from the actual ordered quantity number, will be provided additional shipment immediately to add to them. But customer has to notify us and we will be sorted out on urgent basis.
A credit note or refund is issued in the customer’s name only when the delivered items not available at our store for the replacement shipment.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SERVICES
